Blueberry Updates Closed for this year

Heywood's Blueberries and Greenhouses started out as a few rows of about 50 blueberry plants. Since the initial plantings in 1985-1989, we have grown to approximately 1,200 plants on 1.2 acres. Our field consists of two varieties of blueberries, BlueCrop and BlueRay. Both varieties produce large, juicy berries.Heywood's Blueberries and Greenhouses is located in scenic Central New York just south of the Adirondack State Park.

Our field is u-pick only.

We do not use any sprays on our berries.

Our blueberry picking season traditionally extends from late July through the end of August (subject to weather patterns).
